Parcel: 

With the standard parcel shipment it is possible to get your order delivered at your home quickly. orders placed and paid before 15:00 pm are shipped the same day and will be delivered the next working day. On orders above 75 euro shipping is free within the Netherlands! 

DroneLand Same Day Delivery: 

Besides the standard Parcel we also offer the shipping option DroneLand Same Day Delivery within The Netherlands, which enables you to receive your order tonight. If you choose this shipping method and place your order before 12.00 in the morning, you can get your package delivered the same evening between 6:00 p.m. and 22:00 pm! On orders above 99 euro, this shipping method is free! 

Pickup at Service Centre: 

Besides the fact that we can send your order to you, it is also possible to pick up your order at our Service Centre in Almere. You can also talk to one of our employees for any questions, technical support and a good cup of coffee! 

Returns / Right of withdrawal: 

Are you dissatisfied with your purchase if it is not what you expected of it? Then it is possible within 14 days to return your order. If you want to cancel a purchase or revoked, you can fill the following form revocation Returns to us by email ([email protected]) or by mail (drone land, Annie M.G. Schmidtwegweg 134, 1321 NB, Almere). Once we receive this form (in the mail, this is immediately) you will receive an email with a ticket and the corresponding ticket number. You can send your order then quoting this ticket number back to us.
